By accessing or using CELL SECURITY CARE, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you should uninstall the app and discontinue use immediately.

2. Services Provided

CELL SECURITY CARE provides personal safety, anti-theft, and family security features, including but not limited to:

• SOS alerts and emergency messaging
• Intruder selfie capture
• Device tracking and remote alarm
• Anti-theft protections (charging protection, pocket thief mode, switch-off protector)
• Contact backup and USB protection

We continuously work to improve our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free functionality.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful personal or family safety purposes.
• Provide accurate emergency contact details for SOS alerts.
• Ensure required permissions (Location, Camera, SMS, Device Admin, Accessibility) are enabled for full functionality.
• Not misuse the app for unlawful activities, harassment, or invasion of privacy of others.

4. Permissions & Device Access

The app requires sensitive permissions (Location, Camera, SMS, Contacts, Accessibility, Device Admin). By granting these, you consent to their use solely for security and emergency features as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Limitations of Liability

CELL SECURITY CARE is designed as an assistive security tool, not a replacement for official emergency services (e.g., police, ambulance).

We are not liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury that occurs despite using the app (Only provide the latest entry of intruder photo and location).

Some features rely on internet, GPS, or SMS availability, which may vary based on your mobile operator and device.

6. Subscription & Pricing

• Certain features may be available under a paid subscription plan.
• Fees are displayed clearly in-app or on the Play Store before purchase.
• Payments are processed through Razorpay’s secure payment system.
• Subscriptions are non-refundable.
• If you use the “Format My Device” function in Cell Security Care, you’ll need to resubscribe for your ID.

7. Account & Data

• If you use Web Control / Online Account features, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Misuse of another user’s account is strictly prohibited.
• Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms or misuse the app in any unlawful manner.

9. Intellectual Property

The CELL SECURITY CARE app, logo, design, and related features are our property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without prior written consent.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India (or your country of residence if outside India).
